Established in March 2022, Routes is a youth-led platform that aims to create a community of students and young people to learn, engage, and share relevant and authentic knowledge and practices around entrepreneurship.

Vision
We envision a world where every young person has the ability to make well informed decisions about their future, and tap into their potential as changemakers, and individuals with different career aspirations. We believe in facilitating this journey by giving access to knowledge, skills, and connections necessary to thrive and develop.
Mission
Routes provide youth with opportunities to access the complex entrepreneurship ecosystem through various participatory and engaging activities while focusing on four main tracks: entrepreneurship, impact & sustainability, gender mainstreaming, and wellbeing.

All our activities are evidence based, designed and tailored to the needs expressed by youth. We believe in active involvement, and design all activities to be participatory, creative and engaging.

We always seek to listen and understand the contextual needs of youth in our community to be able to derive and sustain activities, partnerships, and initiatives that respond to their needs
Participatory
Using creative tools such as Photovoice and Expression Walls, we aim to actively involve youth as the main stakeholders in the development of our work through Routes.
Collaborative
We collaborate with different stakeholders and partners to understand the needs and challenges facing youth in different contexts and communities, across Egypt and the MENA region, to create informed offline and online activations that acknowledge and address these needs and challenges.
